We currently have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Deeds Clerk. Ideally you will have previous experience in legal however not essential. As a Deeds Clerk you will play a crucial role in helping deliver
exceptional service to all our clients.

We currently have an opportunity for a career minded Family Law legal assistant seeking a dynamic role. The role is either a 4 day per week or full time position. The stand out candidate will be committed to providing exceptional 1:1 support to a senior practitioner in our family law department.
Responsibilities will include:
· Generating Court documents
· Preparation of initial letters and costs disclosure
· Diary management and scheduling appointments
· File management (electronic)
· Time recording, billing and account management
· General administrative duties including scanning, filing, copying and printing
· Answering and directing calls from clients and stakeholders
· Management of financial matters pertaining to clients (monitoring payments and debtor follow up)
Skills and Experience
· Experience as a Family law legal assistant
· Familiarity with Affinity desirable
· Sound skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
· Exceptional written and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work within a team and display initiative
· Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
· Rigorous attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
· Exemplary client and practitioner management
