Our Litigation services include representing clients in contractual disputes, claims in negligence, family and business disputes, contractual breaches relating to the sale & purchase of land, property defect claims, debt recovery proceedings and commercial leasing disputes.
In criminal matters we represent our clients in relation to contested hearings and pleas in mitigation for summary offences and indictable offences which can be determined by the Magistrates Court. We also represent clients in serious indictable matters in committal proceedings and pleas in mitigation and trials in the County and Supreme Courts of Victoria. We are also extensively experienced in providing representation to both Applicants and Respondents in relation to intervention orders applications in the Magistrates Court of Victoria.
